1. What types of questions is it possible to include in surveys?
Surveys can include 10 different types of questions - starting with multiple choice questions till valuation scales, where you can find out the opinions, values and needs of respondents.
In questions it is possible to use images too, which allows to ask questions about company logo or advertisements or to find out which image is more attractive to the respondents.

2. Is it possible to carry out both anonymous and open surveys?
Yes, you can set whether survey will be anonymous or the respondents will be obliged to enter their personal data.
3. How can I send the survey to participants?
Your web survey will have unique link, which you can send out by email or post it in discussion boards.
4. I have an account, but I can not remember my password.
Go to Login -> Forgot your password? section. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a new password.
5. What surveys can I carry out using MySurvs.com?

7. Where can I see and analyse the results of my survey?
MySurvs.com provides the following data on all surveys:
  • The results summary on survey questions, including graphs and percentage split.
  • The respondent summary (data on each participant).
  • All answers by each respondent (in Excel format).
  • You can out the results summary to others using special link.

8. After how much time the results of surveys are available?
Results of survey and database of respondents are available as soon as the survey has started and first respondent has completed the survey.
9. I am not sure how to create a data analysis on my survey.
