"Beliefs About Language Learning Inventory"

This survey seeks students' beliefs about learning English.
E. Horwitz has developed an inventory of 34 questions which are aimed to measure what beliefs students hold and which superstitions are more popular than others.

It is useful to know your nationality, but you can of course choose not to disclose it.
